Midweek Meditation Break started as a way to bring adults into the WBP community. Between 20 and 40 people join live each week. Sessions cover topics like self-love, forgiveness, presence, breathwork, and body scans. Each one is different, and the archive below has every session we have recorded. Connie leads every Midweek Meditation Break herself, creating a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect, with the same care and intention brought into classrooms across Los Angeles.
These sessions are free because she believes this work should be accessible to everyone. No experience needed. No signup required. Just show up, breathe, and be.
Every week the meditation revolves around a different subject such as self love, forgiveness or just being present. She has really helped me get my meditation practice in gear and we are getting other people on board with it too. It has been an amazing experience!
