From weekly in-school curriculum to free community meditations to online training, WBP brings mindfulness tools to children, educators, and adults wherever they are.

Flagship Program

The Zone

Our weekly in-school mindfulness program for elementary students. Over 10 months, trained facilitators guide students through meditation, breathwork, journaling, and emotional regulation. Every child builds a personal mindfulness toolkit they keep at the end of the year.

Midweek Meditation Break

A free guided meditation every Wednesday at 10 AM PT, led by Connie on Zoom. Between 20 and 40 adults join live each week. Sessions cover topics like self-love, forgiveness, presence, and breathwork. All sessions are recorded and archived on our website.
